Description:

We are looking for a responsible Bookkeeper to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Bookkeeper include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company s general administrative activities. Bookkeeper responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Bookkeeper should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.


  • Manage accounts payable and accounts
  • Manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Maintain monthly accounts payable journal
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
  • Account receivable and accounts payable duties
  • Reconciling the sales ledger and purchase ledger
  • Generate various accounts payable reports
  • Maintain all accounts payable files
  • Perform basic accounts payable duties
  • Maintain communication with accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendors
  • Perform backup duties for accounts payable and accounts
  • Create checks for approved accounts payable to ensure accounts
  • Manage accounts Payable and accounts
  • Issuing checks and accounts payable processes
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and send out invoices
  • Matching purchase invoices with purchase orders and goods
  • Reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts, tracking and recording payments and deposits
  • Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, clerical and data entry
  • Analyze monthly accounts payable report against actual statements
  • Assisting with processing of expenses and purchase ledger duties
