Community Hospice is seeking a State Registered Nursing Assistant to provide personal care in patients' homes under the direction of a registered nurse. You will make home visits, perform basic nursing tasks, monitor vital signs and document care in a timely manner.The role requires a high school diploma, state HHA certification, and at least one year of patient care experience.
