Dutch Maid Logistics is looking to hire CDL A Truck Drivers!

Valid Class A CDL REQUIRED - No Experience REQUIRED

Top Drivers Earn up $0.88 CPM and $104k+/year Based On Experience!

• Current drivers average $.74 CPM and $71k+/year, while the top 50% of our drivers earn $0.76 CPM and $81k+/year
• Average age of our trucks is 2 years and all trucks are equipped with refrigerators and inverters

• Earn an extra $0.15 CPM on all loads going to the East Coast that pay on the way out there

Orientation & Training:

• 3-Day Paid Orientation (Begins on Monday, except for holidays)
  
• Complete 200 OTR Hours with a Trainer (4–5 Weeks)
  
• Training Pay: $750–$1,000 based on experience
  
• Safety, Equipment Operation, ELDs, and HOS Training
• After Training: Evaluations for Solo OTR Readiness
  

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of CDL driving experience
• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Must be willing to drive OTR for a minimum of 10 days
• Acceptable MVR in the past 3 years
• Must pass a substance screening
• Must be detailed oriented
• Fast-paced Work Environment
