Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch training program and apply the required practices.
• Partner with sales agents to schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers.
• Provide detailed written feedback after showings to help identify and rank each client's housing priorities.
• Support sales agents and clients in developing, preparing, and negotiating purchase offers.
• Spend a minimum of 10 hours each week on prospecting and lead-generation activities.
• Participate in weekly script-practice sessions and consistently follow team processes.
• Attend all required team meetings, company events, coaching appointments, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Keep all activity records and assigned tasks current and accurate within PLACE Technology systems.
