Community Contact

Responsibilities: The Community Contacts support the partnerships between school, parent, and community. Community Contact assist with "Parent Nights" focusing on Math, ELA, and technology.

Relationship to Others: Works under the direct supervision of building principal and the Director of Federal Programs.

How Selected: 1. Application/Resume 2. Interview 3. Recommendation of the Superintendent 4. Employment by the Board of Education

Qualifications: 1. H.S. Diploma. 2. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). 3. Ability to work in a team setting.

Functions and Duties: Meet regularly with school level administration and county level supervisor regarding planning, implementation, and program evaluation of parent and community partnerships. Punch in and out using Celertime.

Salary: $20 per hour up to 20 hours per week. Funding: Title I + Title 4. Evaluation: Building Principal/ Director of Federal Programs
