Help

1. Oversees the operation of the District or Contracting Center.
2. Provides expert acquisition advice to the District Commander, or Contracting Center Director, and the Senior Contracting Official (SCO).
3. Manages personnel actions within the USACE District or Contracting Center with annual contracts in the hundreds of million dollars.
4. Supervises and manages the Contracting District or Contracting Center staff.
5. Ensures that staffing and organization of the office is appropriate to support the mission.
