Industrial LaborerManpower in Huntington, WV is seeking a reliable and motivated Industrial Laborer to join our team in the manufacturing of railroad parts. This position involves hands-on work in a production environment, assisting with a variety of tasks including general labor, equipment operation, cleanup, maintenance, and other duties as assigned.Key Responsibilities:Perform general labor tasks related to the production of railroad componentsOperate basic machinery and tools as needed (training provided)Assist in the assembly, inspection, and packaging of manufactured partsMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspacesFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresSupport team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong work ethic and attention to detailWillingness to learn and take on a variety of tasksReliable attendance and punctuality
