Job Description - The Admissions Assistant III supports the Undergraduate Office of Admissions by performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service duties that ensure accurate and efficient processing of student applications, academic history/transfer courses, and records. This position plays a role in maintaining data integrity within student information systems while also serving as a welcoming point of contact for students, families, and campus partners.

Salary Range - $28,777-$37,410 - Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity

Qualifications Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications

Education - Associate degree or equivalent training

Experience - one year + of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education

Experience - Prior admissions/records/student services experience and/or experience with academic records and transcript evaluation preferred.
