Qualifications Position Summary: Responsible for administering and directing programs to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment and to produce or general utilities and their distribution systems. Works collaboratively with the Director of the Environmental Services Department to organize activities in order to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients, employees, and visitors. Coordinates these activities with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Education: High school graduate. Experience: Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience. Experience in hospital or psychiatric setting preferred.
