After School Support position near 41113. Assist with after school programs, providing support to students. Assist in creating engaging and educational activities for students. Help monitor and maintain a safe and positive environment. Assist students with homework and academic assignments. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of programs. Encourage and promote positive behavior and social skills. Provide guidance and support to students as needed. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with children preferred.
