Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator

St. Mary's Medical Center is currently seeking a part time Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator. The Medicaid Eligibility Coordinator will guide the patient through the financial options process. Duties can include as needed that are part of the process: coordinates the collection of information for Ambulance/Trauma patients. Monitors employee production and quality of output of the registration process.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or Accounting, at least one year experience in healthcare or business management.

Experience:

1-2 years of position related experience preferred.

Certifications/Skills:

Must possess excellent public relation skills. Previous supervisory experience desirable. Computer experience required. Professional appearance. Must be available to work hours needed to support the department.
