Job Summary
The Desktop Support Technician supports the daily operation of IT systems across clinical and business environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and deploying end-user devices, ensuring staff have reliable access to the systems required to perform their work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and workstation equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in a fast-paced environment
- Support line-of-business and operational applications, including those used in specialized environments
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user systems, printers, scanners, and related equipment
- Respond to service requests and incidents in alignment with service level expectations, prioritizing critical-impact issues
- Perform device deployments, upgrades, system imaging, and asset tracking
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues
Qualifications- 1+ years of desktop or field support experience, preferably in regulated or high-demand environments
- Strong understanding of operating systems, user account management, and endpoint support practices
- Experience supporting specialized or operational environments is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work on-site in active operational settings

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
