Evaluate and process specimens using ThinPrep and related cytology methodologies. Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities. Ensure proper specimen identification, labeling, and handling. Assist with fine needle aspiration (FNA) procedures and Rapid On-Site Evaluation (ROSE) when applicable. Collaborate with pathologists, laboratory staff, and healthcare providers to support accurate and timely diagnoses. Maintain compliance with laboratory accreditation and regulatory standards.
