Aramark - 2900 1st Avenue - Responsibilities: Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly; Adhere to and maintain preparation and production guidelines according to Aramark standards; Train workers in methods of performing duties and assign/coordinate work; Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines; Follows HACCP policies and procedures for proper food handling and storage
