We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at our modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing, including timekeeping, data entry, and verifying employee hours
Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and office staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation, both digital and physical
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with internal and external communication
Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office logistics
Perform data entry and create reports in Excel or other systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, office, or payroll support role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
