As General Manager, you will manage the overall operations of the restaurant including the restaurant's financial health, probability, and success. Through overall leadership, development and engagement of all restaurant employees, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers, you will be key in creating legendary experiences for guests.
Qualifications
You are 16 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
You are certified in state, county, or local food handling requirements.
Preferably, you have at least four years of restaurant, quick service restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience, or previous restaurant General Manager experience.
You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
