Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate for an industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unauthorized activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity for restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, hazardous conditions, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions; Complete routine reports, logs, and shift pass-downs, and support emergency procedures, evacuations, and/or incident follow-up in accordance with site expectations
