Food City - - Responsibilities: Provide efficient and courteous customer service; Prepare all food for the Food Service department per manual guidelines; Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet/exceed expectations; Prepare grill orders and use fryer per guidelines; Slice meats and cheeses and assist in rotation of products in coolers/freezers; Maintain proper code dates and stock, assist in ordering products and supplies; Ensure packaged products for self-service have correct weights and ingredients; Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstation and surrounding area; Cross-train in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
