St Mary's Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Assist in providing direct, safe, effective patient care to meet physical, spiritual, and psychological needs of patients ranging in age from neonate to geriatrics.; Demonstrates ability to properly perform 12 lead EKG.; Measures and records vital signs and monitoring intake and output with attention to abnormalities.; Collects blood samples by venipuncture or skin puncture on patients.; Documents thoroughly in the electronic medical record and communicates with the patient care team.
