Represent clients in insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, premises liability, property damage, and other liability claims. Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motions, hearings, and trial. Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Provide strategic advice and risk assessments to clients and insurance carriers. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable case outcomes. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J. D.) from an accredited law school. Admission to the West Virginia Bar (or eligibility to waive in). Minimum of 2 years of insurance defense or related civil litigation experience. Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
