Assist faculty/staff/students with computing devices by providing installation, troubleshooting, repair, training, and consulting services. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field Over 2 years computer related work experience Strong technical computer skills, including PCs and peripheral equipment such as printers, storage devices, AV Devices, multimedia projectors, etc. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work well with people and under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
