The Environmental Services Director is responsible for efficiently managing the nursing center housekeeping/laundry operations.to maintain orderly, clean, and sanitary conditions. - Plans and schedules work to be performed occasionally doing the work of employees on a relief basis. - interviews/hires and orients new staff and reviews/evaluates existing employees' work performance. - Orders and requisitions supplies through the approved company process. - Responsible for budget planning and cost control of housekeeping and laundry departments. - Ensures that the nursing center adheres to the legal, safety, health, fire and sanitation codes by being familiar with his/her role in carrying out the center's fire, safety and disaster plans and by being familiar with current Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) Qualifications - High school degree or equivalent, as well as supervisory experience and experience in housekeeping/laundry. - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the Engli...Environmental Service, Director, Environmental, Retail, Healthcare
