Bob Evans - - Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, and train employees; assign and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; Coach and mentor team members to ensure employees success on the job and guest satisfaction; Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour; assist with building store sales; ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs; Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards; enforce safe work behaviors; maintain a safe environment for guests and crew; Control day-to-day operations including cash control, financial reports, inventory management, and labor scheduling
