Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to location guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify and report security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or restricted areas in support of healthcare location protocols while communicating clearly with personnel and guests.; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with directions, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed expectations.
