Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee 1-5 mechanical construction projects at any given time, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery while maintaining excellent client and GC relationships. This position reports directly to the Project Executive. Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day project management from kickoff to closeout
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate closely with field supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and documentation
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and GCs
  • Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications
  • Provide regular project reporting and forecasting to leadership

You are an experienced mechanical construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at leading complex projects, and communicates with confidence. You take ownership, deliver results, and maintain strong relationships with field teams, executives, clients, and subcontractors. You Bring:

  • 5-10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, VRF, and mechanical system scopes
  • Experience with mid-to-large commercial projects
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with field personnel and office staff
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control capabilities
