Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Monitor visitor, patient, and staff access at the reception area, assist with check-in processes, and help to address questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate; Maintain awareness of activity in the lobby and entrance areas, document routine observations and/or unusual events, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures; As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
