We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our collaborative marketing and HR team, reporting to our director of marketing and recruiting, and working closely with our director of HR. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing detailed work well — someone who understands that every new hire is a step toward building a stronger, more connected organization. The work you'll own Every person who joins Wellspring passes through your hands first. As our HR Coordinator, you'll master the full pre-employment process — and do it with care and consistency, because first impressions matter. That means you'll be the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process, coordinating employment background checks, reference checks and driver checks. You'll manage the hand-off between our recruiting system and HRIS, ensure personnel files are complete and audit-ready, and keep the onboarding experience smooth for everyone involved. You may also support independent contractor, volunteer or intern onboarding, company transfers and other HR or recruiting processes as the team's needs evolve. Beyond onboarding, you'll pull reports from our HR systems, provide backup support to teammates, help manage vendor relationships, and communicate with leadership on current issues and emerging needs. It's detail-oriented work. It can be repetitive. And it is genuinely important — because every smooth onboarding, every accurate file, every well-supported hire helps us build the culture that makes Wellspring's mission possible.
