A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts in veterinary services.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hospital leaders to understand hiring needs and manage full-cycle recruitingSource, screen, and recommend candidates for various roles within the hospitalsBuild relationships with veterinary technician programs and maintain strong candidate pipelinesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare settingExperience with Workday ATS & Phenom CRM is strongly preferredAbility to work independently in a remote environmentA passion for pets and people, with a bonus for experience in the veterinary or healthcare field
