A company is looking for a Director of Tax Accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and execute US tax planning strategies to manage tax risks and effectivenessOversee all tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulationsProvide strategic direction and leadership to the US tax team while managing relationships with external tax advisorsRequired Qualifications10-15 years of experience in US tax from industry and public accountingBachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; CPA and master's degree preferredExperience in developing and leading teams across global locationsFamiliarity with EPM/Hyperion, Corptax, Oracle/SAP or other major ERP platformsStrong knowledge of corporate income tax and indirect tax principles for both C and S Corporations
