A company is looking for an Associate Director, Grid Integration to develop and execute generation and large load interconnection strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate tariffs and manage generator and load interconnection requests across PJM, MISO, and NYISOLead interconnection due diligence for acquisition opportunities and assess deliverability risk and upgrade costsRepresent the company in ISO/RTO stakeholder meetings and maintain relationships with key external partnersRequired QualificationsBS in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline6+ years of applicable professional experience in managing interconnection processesStrong technical understanding of power system analysis concepts and interconnection risk assessmentFamiliarity with grid modeling and geospatial analysis tools preferredProven ability to coordinate technical work across internal and external stakeholders
