A company is looking for a Senior US Tax & Accounting Specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end US tax compliance including sales tax, payroll tax, and corporate income taxOversee operational accounting for assigned entities, including billing, general ledger, payroll, and revenue recognitionAct as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and auditors on US and international tax mattersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (CPA strongly preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in US tax and accounting rolesMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuiteExperience with tax compliance software (e.g., Avalara, Vertex)Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience in income tax accounting under ASC 740Prior work experience in a SaaS, Software, or technology company with multi-entity structures
