Production Powerhouse - Now Hiring Dedicated Production Workers/Laborers
Location: Wurtland, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $14.63/hr + Production Bonus (Paid Weekly)
Schedule:12hour swing shifts with steady overtime opportunities

As a Production Worker/Laborer, you'll play a hands-on part in keeping essential manufacturing moving.

2. What You'll Do

• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs (assisted)
• Work on your feet-standing, walking, balancing-for 12-hour shifts
• Crouch, bend, and move throughout the day as tasks require
• Safely operate forklifts and a variety of powered and non-powered hand tools
• Maintain awareness and strict safety standards in a dynamic industrial environment
• Work with steel products, equipment, and materials as part of daily production tasks

3. What You Need to Bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience working with steel (production, steel handling, fabrication, or related industrial work)
• Experience on swing shifts OR willingness to work swing shifts
• Ability to pass a background check and 10panel oral drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
• Ability to use PPE for all assigned tasks
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

A strong work ethic, safety awareness, and the ability to work long shifts are highly valued.

Preferred Background
We are actively seeking individuals with strong industrial experience, such as:

• Production
• Construction
• Steel mill or steel processing work
• Warehouse labor
• General physical labor roles
• Manufacturing or machine operation
• Forklift operation (certification is a plus)
