Maxim Healthcare Services - - Responsibilities: Assist patient with activities of daily living according to plan of care (baths, oral hygiene, dressing); Take and record vital signs (oral, rectal, axillary temperatures; pulse, respiration, blood pressure); Perform range of motion and extensional therapy as ordered; Ensure safety and proper use of equipment; Observe and document patient condition and report changes to assigned nurse supervisor
