Scion Health - - Responsibilities: Assists patients with activities of daily living; Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake and output measurements; Assists in patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures; Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, performs routine treatment procedures; Provides direct patient care on the Patient Care Unit
