What You'll Do:

As our Human Resources Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Recruit Top Talent: Lead the recruitment process for various positions, from janitorial staff to managerial roles. You'll source, interview, and hire the best candidates to help our company grow.
• Enhance Employee Experience: Be the go-to person for our team, offering guidance on career development, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Foster an environment where employees feel heard, valued, and respected.
• Drive Culture and Engagement: Help us build a positive and inclusive workplace culture by spearheading employee engagement initiatives and promoting our core values of integrity, respect, and teamwork.
• Manage Performance & Development: Develop and implement performance management strategies to help our employees grow in their roles. You'll coordinate training programs and career development opportunities to ensure we have a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Oversee HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Keep our team up to date with changes in labor laws, and implement best practices across the company.

What We're Looking For:

• A HR pro with at least 2-5 years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced, service-oriented industry.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations, with a proven track record of building strong, engaged teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and safety regulations (OSHA, ADA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you should be able to relate to people at all levels of the organization.
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities, stay organized, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
