Manpower is searching for a Professional & Dependable Office Assistant for our client in Huntington. The Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, customer service, and internal communication. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
Greet customers, vendors, and drivers who visit the office
Prepare invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and delivery documents
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments and pickups
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Support management with basic administrative tasks as needed
Maintain general office supplies and ensure work areas are tidy and stocked
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite required; QuickBooks experience a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
High attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers and coworkers
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass a Pre-hire Background check and Drug screen.
