Manufacturing Technician - $15.50/hr, Mon-Fri Days

Description:

Pay rate- $15.50/hr.

Work Days & Hours Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

The primary focus of this position is to perform duties in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include surfacing, finishing, coating, and other assigned processes, as required by business needs and in accordance with company standards. This role requires regular and consistent attendance, with availability for overtime as needed. To be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Specific Skills Needed: Strong attention to detail and quality control standards Ability to meet ANSI optical standards Documentation of rework, remakes, and rejects Adherence to safety and clean-room procedures Minimum Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Time management to meet same-day or next-day turnaround times Prioritization of rush and high-value jobs Cross-training across multiple lab departments Preferred Requirements Dependability and consistent attendance Clear communication with supervisors and team members Willingness to learn new equipment and processes Problem-solving and adaptability in production settings Ability to work independently or as part of a team



Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
