Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Support the RGM by running great shifts and be able to execute all restaurant administrative duties; Provide the leadership necessary to ensure the restaurant can sustain day-to-day operations in the absence of the RGM; Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority; Follow cash control & security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales and take appropriate action; Assist RGM in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members
