St Mary's Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Assist in providing direct, safe, effective patient care to meet physical, spiritual, and psychological needs of patients ranging in age from neonate to geriatrics.; Demonstrates ability to properly perform 12 lead EKG.; Measures and records vital signs and bringing abnormalities to attention; Monitors and documents intake and output and bringing abnormalities to attention; Documents thoroughly and accurately describe the progress of the patient.
