Job Summary

Join our Loan Servicing Department to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of commercial real estate loan data. You'll be responsible for timely loan boarding, payment processing, and account reconciliations. Your role includes preparing deposits, managing escrow accounts, and supporting various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Process loan data with precision and verify accuracy.
  • Handle mortgage transactions, including payments, adjustments, and fee processing.
  • Reconcile cash in bank accounts and prepare management reports.
  • Support loan servicing functions like tax contracts and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with clerical duties.
  • Ability to work onsite at least once per week is a requirement of the role.*
Skills and Background You'll Need

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or systems reconciliation.
  • Proficient in loan servicing processes and cash reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Associate's degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate loans.
  • Experience with general ledger accounting.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 30 pounds.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:
22.96 - 30.41
