WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Entertainment Client Service Specialist executes administrative and servicing tasks for entertainment accounts and production programs.
You will:
- Handle endorsements, renewals, cancellations, certificates, and maintain accurate records/schedules tailored to productions and events.
- Assemble submissions, facilitate timely and accurate information flow among clients, brokers, carriers, and team members.
- Support open items lists and respond to ad-hoc client requests.
- Collaborate with Premium Accounting on billing; monitor invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables, and collections, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with shared service teams to ensure efficient processes and high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure tools/systems are understood and used; perform related duties as assigned.
A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY - Order and verify renewal policies against proposals and update in the System.
- Handle endorsements (cast, locations, dates, equipment/inland marine), follow up with carriers, validate accuracy, bill, and send to clients.
- Issue certificates, binders, EOPs, auto IDs, and handle location additions, WC posting notices, allocations, premium finance agreements, summaries of insurance, and policy transmittals.
- Track claims and update systems on activity, payments, and closures; draft elements of stewardship reports and tailored client presentations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience preferred; entertainment risk experience a plus.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or to be obtained within 90-120 days of start date and maintained thereafter.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel; quick to learn new software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, coworkers, carriers, vendors, and production stakeholders.
- Work independently with limited supervision; excel in a team environment; prioritize under tight deadlines and manage multiple productions/events.
