The Kroger Company - - Responsibilities: Practice and promote exemplary customer service, including greeting every customer, answering questions, and offering information and suggestions of products; Schedule and execute engagement events by conducting in-store tastings, following the division specials promotions calendar, and supporting tastings scheduled through third parties; Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold, pronunciation, origin and definition of industry terms; Execute the adult beverage category display plans and special in-store promotions in consultation with store management; Ensure that federal, state, and local Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) guidelines are always met and check for valid identification of bar patrons
