Position Overview: As a Sales and Customer Assistance Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored assistance. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our products and utilize our tools to provide valuable insights, helping customers successfully complete their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast and friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet and qualify customers, recommend products, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain an organized and appealing shopping environment in your assigned areas.
• Ensure safety standards are met by identifying and reporting hazards to the Manager on Duty.
• Collaborate effectively with Department Supervisors and fellow associates across various departments.

Departmental Focus: You may work in various departments such as Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.

Position Types: This role encompasses various positions, including Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
