Key Responsibilities of the Key Operations Supervisor:

This fast-paced role supports restaurant operations and staff, ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and systems. Contribute to the restaurant's success by building sales, achieving goals, and driving profitability.

• Provide daily supervision of team members during shifts to maintain and improve company standards.
• Model professional behavior that fosters a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere, inspiring team members to excel.
• Maximize financial success during productive and guest-focused shifts.
• Open and close the restaurant according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with supervision during shifts unrelated to opening or closing.
• Effectively resolve guest complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurants is preferred.
• College education and/or culinary training is a plus.
