Job Description:

Position: Dedicated Reefer Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,150-$1,400 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Overview:

• Hauling frozen and refrigerated goods using a reefer trailer.
• Enjoy 90% no touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook freight.
• Complete 5-10 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within 260 miles of Delaware, OH.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Competitive mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn weekly performance pay based on your efficiency.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 months.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 months.
• Orientation is fully paid.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 holidays each year.
• Annual bonus opportunity of up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Valid Commercial Learner's Permit accepted for company-paid CDL training.
