Job Details

The role of the Galvanizing Line Inspector include, but is not limited to, measuring strip dimensions, checking strip coating weight and iron content, checking material hardness, and visually inspecting the surface of the strip for defects. Additionally, they will have a leadership role in process improvement in the inspection area, and other duties. Candidates must be flexible to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, day shifts, night shifts, holidays and weekends. As the construction phase progresses, the shift may change to a 4 on and 4 off schedule.
