IGN-ON/ RETENTION BONUS $3,000 This is a full-time and PRN opportunity as a Mental Health Technician (MHT) at River Park HOSPITAL. The full-time position offers 40 hours per week and full benefits for full-time status. Mental Health Technicians develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum. MH - Ts assure and improve quality care by facilitating the patient and familys right to receive safe, quality, and cost effective care. MH - Ts maintain and protect confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient care and information. MH - Ts demonstrate a commitment to meeting the learning needs of patients by utilizing appropriate resources to meet those needs and achieve positive patient outcomes.
