Job Details

Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Ensure the safety of warehouse staff and promote a culture of safety throughout the warehouse. Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, including inventory management and accuracy. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements. Work with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse operations.
