The Residential Case Manager is a non-clinical, non-law enforcement professional embedded within the Office of Public Safety. This role provides essential evening and after-hours support for students facing mental health crises, personal distress, or other urgent concerns. This role is critical in promoting student well-being, safety, and success through timely intervention, resource coordination, and ongoing follow-up. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with a certified therapy dog as part of outreach and engagement efforts. The typical work hours for this position are from Monday Friday with the hours available 3 PM to 11 PM or 4 PM to 12 AM, with flexible time options available.
