Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Roses/Roses Express, your primary focus will be providing outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include greeting customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise, processing transactions, and addressing inquiries about the store and its offerings. Additional tasks may involve unloading trucks, processing freight, organizing merchandise, and replenishing shelves.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret retail operational documents is essential.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, grocery, or pharmacy is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Availability: Must be available for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer focus, ability to develop potential, results-oriented, excellent organizational and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, job knowledge, and relationship management.
